Creative Coping Skills Group for Teens
What to Expect
This is a 4-week in-person art therapy group designed to help teens struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and isolation.
Through artmaking, reflection, and group discussion, teens will have space to express emotions, build coping skills, explore identity, and connect with others in a supportive environment.
No artistic experience needed.
This group may be a good fit for teens who are:
Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck
Struggling with stress, neurodivergent burnout, or low self-esteem
Exploring identity and self-expression
Wanting support around difficult emotions or life experiences
Looking for a creative and supportive space to connect with others
Ages
Teens 13-15 yrs and 16-18 yrs

$160 for 4 weeks
(Sliding scale fee available upon request)
If you are interested, I ask that all prospective group members join me for a 1-1, brief consult call at no additional cost.
I will ask some screening questions to make sure that this group can meet your needs. Parents can join the consult call if your teen consents!
