Telehealth Mental Health Counseling in Washington State
Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, burned out, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together.
You don’t have to navigate these feelings alone. Therapy can help you process difficult experiences, reconnect with what matters most to you, and build tools for coping and self-understanding.
Who can benefit from individual counseling?
You may benefit from therapy if you are feeling depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, and burnt out. Many of my clients struggle with neurodivergent masking, people-pleasing, self-criticism, identity-related stress, difficulty expressing emotions, or navigating life transitions and relationships.
I work with adults and teens, including LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients, who are looking for a supportive and affirming space to better understand themselves and cope with difficult emotions and experiences.
My Approach
I take a collaborative, person-centered, and uniquely tailored approach to best meet your needs. I strive to create a space where you can feel supported, understood, and able to show up as your authentic self. My work is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, queer-affirming, anti-racist, anti-ableist, and grounded in feminist values.
My work integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and feminist therapy. I support clients in exploring emotions, building self-understanding, coping with difficult thoughts and feelings, and reconnecting with what matters most to them. We will also look at the systems and other external factors impacting you and your mental health.
