Services

Looking for therapy that honors your identity, values, and individual needs?

Beryl Olson is offering telehealth-based therapy services to adults in the Olympia-Tumwater-Lacey metro area and throughout Washington state.

  • My approach to counseling, also known as talk therapy, is person-centered and tailored to YOU. I will always use a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, queer, anti-racist, anti-ableist, and feminist approach to your care. I primarily utilize acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help you get in touch with your values and live the life the way you want to.

  • When it comes to talking about difficult feelings and experiences, do words ever fail you? Art therapy allows for non-verbal expression and deeper exploration.

You do not need to have any experience with art to participate in art therapy! Art therapy can be useful and even powerful regardless of artistic skill. Based on your needs, access to materials, and other factors, we may use drawing, painting, sculpture, creative writing, dance, and beyond on your healing journey.
